Pool Personnel announces the following schedule for lifeguard training and CPR/First Aid renewal. If you are in need of full training, please contact our friends at Ursus Lifesavers and Aquatics by visiting their website at www.411cpr.com. They also have a complete schedule now online for Pool Operator training courses. If you are slated to be an operator this summer, please enroll immediately as courses are much harder to find once the summer begins.
LIFESAVING FULL CERTIFICATION--Will not be offered prior to Memorial Day weekend. Please consult the Ursus schedule for full certifications.
LIFESAVING RENEWALS--all participants must have previously held a full lifeguard training certification. Class will be held on Wednesday, May 16 at Willows. Class will run from 8 a.m. until approximately 1:00 depending on the size of the class as well as the proficiency of the attendees. This course will provide two years of Lifesaving, and two years of CPR/First Aid. Cost for the course is $125 and is payable by check directly to Jaime DeLuca. Please do not make checks payable to Pool Personnel. All participants must register in advance. If you have questions regarding the course, please contact Jaime at Jaime.DeLuca@yahoo.com. CPR/FIRST AID--returning employees will be offered recertification at no charge to them. If you can not make one of the sessions we offer, you will need to get certifications on your own. For those who are not returning employees of Pool Personnel, the cost for the course is $45. Dates, times and locations are subject to change. All participants must register in advance.
